TURTLE LONGEVITY QI GONG A medical form of Qi Gong based on Chinese
Medicine, created over 400 years ago by the Wang Family of China. This form is composed of gentle meditative exercises that
are easy to learn. The fluid movements exemplify the innate qualities of the turtle. Practitioners often experience greater
focus, peace of mind, creativity and a state of tranquility that transfers into the actions of their daily lives. Level

ESSENCE QI GONG Developed by Master Chen Fu Yin from the research of many Qi
Gong forms. This form helps calm the mind by slowly relaxing the body part by part. The gentle movements send qi to deep anatomial,
emotional and spititual levels. The associated movements, meditations, visualizations and mantra provide a non-aerobic way
to increase energy, strengthen the body and help quiet the mind. 2 Day Workshop
SUPER ENERGY METHOD Developed
by Ma Cheng-Kai, this form is simple and easy to learn. Many people refer to it as "Clapping Hands" method of Qi Gong. The
vigourous actions of clapping hands and toning a mantra in Chinese helps cleanse stagnant qi in the body. The power of the

BUDDHA A sacred and calming sitting form of Qi Gong to rediscover one’s Innate Heart through the use of ancient hand Mudras
that have been honored in divine practice for centuries. Discover how these fourteen Mudras can help open a pathway for sacred
communion in divine essence. This sitting form of Qi Gong is calming, balancing and is known to help with insomnia, clarity
of mind as well as cultivate well being in all aspects of self. Movements and theory will be taught as learned from Liu He
